The Endless War

People fought a lot of battles, as our history progressed. Lives laid down in the name of country, religion or sometimes even a neighborhood. But these battles were just small fronts of a war; a never-ending war that has been going on for centuries, a war that has seen delays, but never once seen the end. Our people never experienced the oblivion that the end of this war could induce. You might think that every war that broke out had its own reasons, so what could possibly be common? Spare a few moments out of your busy day, and open some history text books or use internet, and search for the reasons of any war that ever broke out. You will find something common. It's never a war between good and evil, because whoever wins the war, claims to be the victim. It's not a war between someone who has the throne and someone who doesn't, as lengths one can go is just a compensation for the feeling that there is a lack of parameters to find who is more suitable for the throne. There is broad war going on in this world, that has exploded in the form of these narrow devastating wars. Every single war that ever broke out, can be put under this category, the super-set of wars, a war of perspectives. The reluctance to the understanding of difference between a fact and a perspective, has taken millions of lives. And this war is never going to end, because of the fact, that we as humans interact with our surroundings based on our perspectives. Now there is nothing wrong with that. It's a substantial by-product of evolution, that almost every species has. But us being sentient, gives us an advantage (the worst term to use) of being able to have difference in opinion and being able to talk about it. Now where there are differences, there are wars and compromises. But given the intelligence of our civilization, the equilibrium is always shifted towards the war front. And this cannot be stopped, because having differences is what defines us. So basically this war is going to continue, with lots of hope that it ends. The future awaits...
